- Delivery
- Digital content is made available after payment. Contracted production work is delivered according to the schedule agreed in the individual contract.
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of digital content, customer-requested returns or cancellations are not accepted after delivery begins, except where required by law or the applicable app store rules.
- Defects
- If the delivered content has a material defect, please contact us by email. We will review the situation and provide a correction, replacement, or other appropriate remedy.
- System requirements
- Specified on each product’s sales or distribution page.
